She specializes in providing legal advice to entities that oversee the implementation of infrastructural projects, and based on the FIDIC contractual terms in particular, related to the construction of expressways as well as construction and modernization of railway and tram lines. She provides support in negotiating and verifying subcontractor contracts, analysing circumstances underlying claim submissions, preparing and assessing general contractors’ claims against investors and investors’ claims against general contractors, drafting annexes and agreements concluded by and among warding entities and general contractors or consultants.
She also provides legal guidance to awarding entities and general contractors in matters related to public procurement law.
In her over 10-year professional practice, she has provided legal advice in the preparation and implementation of a number of road infrastructure projects, energy infrastructure projects (400 kV line Żydowo Kierzkowo – Słupsk, 400 kV line Baczyna – Plewiska, 110 kV line Świebodzice – Graby), and RES projects (construction of the PV Banie 2 photovoltaic farms).
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the postgraduate program in Legal and Economic Fundamentals for the Investment Process at Warsaw School of Economics.
