Paweł specializes in developing bylaws and procedures and in conducting operational audits in enterprises and other organizations. He provides day-to-day legal services, regarding corporate law, law of obligations, and employment law in particular; he prepares and reviews documentation and regulations in line with the requirements and specific nature of the organisation. Experienced in handling M&A transactions and investments, including share / asset deals, and venture capital financing, he can boast many successful streamlining and reengineering projects.
He has published extensively on company related subjects and on the operations and financing of NGOs.
In 2016 he was registered as a candidate to supervisory boards of companies in which the State Treasury is the sole shareholder.
