Day-to-day corporate advisory services provided to a company listed on the stock exchange, legal assistance of meetings of the Management Board and Supervisory Board, preparation and legal services concerning the Shareholders' Meeting including drafting of resolutions and corporate documents for holding the Shareholders' Meetings, collecting powers of attorney and registration of the Stockholders, conducting votings, procuring notary services, etc.

Comprehensive consulting and legal services

Preparation of a complete set of legal documents relating to capital increase, subsidies and intra-group loans. Legal advisory services for Shareholders' Meetings including preparation of resolutions, powers of attorney and bylaws, amendments to the statutes and articles of associations and other corporate documents. Acting as a proxy on Shareholders' Meetings. Taking minutes of the Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings as well as providing legal support.

Corporate governance legal audit

Conducting a legal audit of the corporate governance of a company, proposing and implementing recommended changes with effective registration of changes required by law in relevant public registers. Arranging and implementing a complete set of formal and legal documentation necessary to conduct business operations. Preparation of procedures and templates of bylaws, minutes, resolutions regarding the Client’s ongoing activities - including the context of planned business development, with the acquisition of other commercial law companies in mind.
