ASSOCIATE, ADVOCATE
Associate at the Hoogells Oleksiewicz sp. k. law firm, member of the Bar Association in Rzeszów.
She graduated in law from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, as well as engineering studies in the field of Spatial Management and Landscape Architecture. She was a student of postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection Law at the University of Wrocław and postgraduate studies in Investment Law organized by the Polish Academy of Sciences. Currently, she is a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, preparing a dissertation on changing the purpose of agricultural real estate for construction purposes. She is the author of scientific articles and chapters in monographs.
She gained professional experience working in the legal department of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways and the Central PPP unit, as well as supervising the National Real Estate Resource. She specializes in legal advice for State Treasury entities in the implementation of infrastructure investments, public procurement law and real estate law. She manages investments based on FIDIC contracts.
