Edyta handles advisory services provided to Hoogells clients who specialise in infrastructural projects. She has nearly 20 years of relevant experience, particularly in the areas of public procurement, construction, and infrastructure. If needed, she also represents them before the National Chamber of Appeals.
Edyta offers her advisory services to public procurers, general contractors, consultants, and designers on the implementation of construction projects, particularly FIDIC form contracts. She can boast extensive experience in providing legal support to projects related to the development of transport infrastructure (construction and modernization or railway lines, tram lines, and expressways throughout the country), as well as construction and modernization of buildings and public utility facilities. In her collaboration with public procurers, she has also been involved in the organization and conduct of tendering procedures.
